The pressure cooker has really been active here. This last month we have felt several shifts in energy on many levels. One of these was even the largest sun flare ever. Your computer not working correctly? The crystals in your computer (silicone diodes that make up the semi conductors) are affected by the energy shifts in a similar way that we are. The energetic structure of the Earth is also crystalline in nature and we will be seeing reactions to that in only a few weeks now. Watch the "ring of fire" (volcanic and seismic activity around the pacific rim) increase activity over the next few months. No California is not going to drop off into the ocean but we will see an increase of activity. (By the way, if I'm wrong about the California thing, I wont be around to argue the point.)

The increased energy from this flare up has not only made our computers act strangely but our biology as well. Be cautious of overdoing stress in this time. The energy infusion was for our benefit and now that will begin to subside. However as with all energy shifts, we are not returned to the same place where we began. Our energy has changed once again and getting used to that higher energy in our biology will take some time to acclimate. We are in preparation for something very big. In the words of the Group: "You have cashed in all of your Karma Chips to be here at exactly this time."

From a biological and emotional wellness standpoint, there is one area to watch carefully as the new energy assimilates. This is your own polarity. Repetitive stress can easily put you into a "Switched" condition during this time. Please Re-member that this is a Game and a game for enjoying. Taking life too seriously now can set up disturbances in your own energy field that may take some time to settle. We all go into reversed polarity from time to time as our energy fluctuates but with constant repetitive stress your biology can easily slip into a state of chronic reversed polarity. At this state the change is actually imprinted at the DNA/ RAN levels and does not easiest reverse. More about Chronic Reversed Polarity or "Switched" will be coming soon at Lightworker / PLANETLightworker. For now know that you can avoid this energy illness by eliminating or dealing with stress during these times.

The shift into May will be a big one. Inter-dimensional vortexes are beginning on many hot spots on the planet. Watch for a message from the Group about this for there is much to do.
