Guidelines for Circles of Light Users

We ask that you adhere to some common sense guidelines when using this database as either a viewer or as one who lists a Circle of Light meeting. Following these guidelines helps us to connect Circles of Light Globally, Thank you.

Searching the database (Viewers)

1. We ask that you honor the people who have listed their Circles. DO NOT SEND them e-mail with jokes, your favorite thought of the day, enlightening stories, virus warnings or e-mail promoting your products. Please DO NOT take the e-mail addresses from the list and add it to your own list. Even though there are many e-mails sent out by well meaning people they are actually considered "spam" if the person you are sending them to has not specifically requested inclusion on your mailing list.

2. Use the database information to contact people for further information or to verify that meetings are still taking place as listed. If you find one that is not please ask them to either remove their listing or update it. We also ask that you follow up by sending us an e-mail to the LightCircles Manager with this information.

Posting a Circle of Light (Listing)

1. You will choose a password for your Circle of Light Listing. Only you can change that listing so please keep your password in a safe place.

2. We ask that you only post meetings that you are going to be in charge of in some way. Do not list other peoples meetings or list phone numbers or e-mails that are not your own.

3. There are times when expenses must be covered, especially in large meetings or where room must be rented. Other than these suggested love donations we ask that the meetings listed in this database do not charge a fee for attendance or be of a "for profit" venture.

4. Please DO NOT list multilevel marketing meetings in this space.

5. Please DO NOT list single events like seminars or lectures. Those will be removed This is for meetings that take place on a regular basis.
