On September 3rd 1999 Lightworker was approved as a non-profit corporation in the State of California. This accomplishes several things for all of us and gives us a base to pull together an organization dedicated to spreading Empowerment and Light on Earth. Then on September 21st 2000 the Internal Revenue Service finalized our status as a 501 c(3) corporation. This simply enables us to offer tax benefits to U.S. citizens and corporations that wish to be an integral part of this dream.

Besides offering tax benefits this status gives assurance to all those participating in the organization, that the corporation is not organized for the private gain of any individual. This is mandated and supervised by the state and federal governments.

The stated intent of the Lightworker corporation is:

"To help people learn more about their own empowerment and apply this in daily life and to help people awaken to their own personal power and then help them to use that power to create their own version of Heaven on Earth."

Activities in alignment with this stated intent, are generally allowed as tax deductions. The following are tax deductible as per stated above and below are in accord with the stated intent of Lightworker.

1. Any monies or goods contributed to Lightworker to further this cause are tax deductible. This includes seminar registration and private sessions.
