The manifestations you receive will always be an exact vibrational match to the vibrations you send out. Here are a few helpful hints on the art of Co- Creation from “the Group” adapted from the book "Re-member a Handbook for Human Evolution.”

The Group often re-minds us that we are here to "play the game." We complete the game when we re-member our powers of manifestation and re-create our version of Heaven on Earth. As we accomplish this, we all win and move on to the next level of the game. Now, it’s time to start creating our own reality instead of walking into one created for us by others or by default.

The steps are:

      Spoken Word

      Action

The Intent and Spoken Word will take place here in this space. Then it is up to you to act upon parts of the Co-Creation that require third dimensional alignments. We are responsible for actions on our side of the veil. Once that is done, walk away with the faith that is already in motion.

Suggestions:

1. Please be advised to choose your words carefully as they will manifest exactly as you write them. Words like WANT, SHOULD, TRY, NEVER, CAN'T and WISH will return exact vibrations.

To say you "want" something will bring you back ‘like’ vibrations, thus you will indeed "want" it for a very long time.

To ask for anything is actually a statement of lack to the Universe.

2. The Universe is incapable of understanding negatives. Therefore phrases like "I won't do this" will be interpreted by the universal mind as "I ____ do this."

3. The most powerful words used for Co-Creation are the words of Gratitude. This was the way of the teacher, Jesus, as he always gave thanks for a miracle just prior to performing it. “Thank you for my ever increasing abundance” is a good suggestion.

4. Please re-member that it is easiest to say where you choose to go and let spirit find the shortest route. To tell spirit which way to manifest is to remove the Co from the Co-Creation.

5. Once the statement is placed into effect, release all attachment to it. So often, we are so intent for the door to open that we do not understand that it opens the other way. Most often, we are actually standing in the way of it opening. Walk away knowing it is yours.

6. Please be aware of the time lag. All manifestations must go through the time lag as a safeguard. We are not yet masters of our thoughts here, so this is a necessary component of the gameboard. It is much like a computer when you begin to make a change that will affect many items. There is a screen that pops up and asks "Are you sure?" Such is the case with the time lag. It is here for our protection. So, after your Co-Creation is sent out to the universe, it is best to resist making even slight changes, as this often starts the time lag all over again. Voice the Co-Creation aloud for a minimum of eight days. Then release it with the knowledge that it is already yours.

7. Please re-member that this is a wonderful Game to be enjoyed. If your reality is not to your liking then please have the courage to chose (and co-create) again.
