Update on the live channel in the Lightworker Family Room on 8/30/03

First my apologies for all of you who have written with technical issues or problems getting into the iConference  to hear the channel.  We even got angry e-mail from people that were upset because they thought we were using software that could not handle the load.  We also got a lot of e-mail from upset mac users accusing us of discrimination.  Let me first address the fact that the software is not perfect by any means however, it was tested to handel many more than we had in this room.  I was the huge electrical storm on the East Coast yesterday that interrupted the network traffic where one main server is located that was to blame for yesterdays technical challenges. 

We do our very best to present only quality to the Lightworkers who follow this material.  Please understand that this technology is new and has never been used in this fashion before.  We have a dream and a direction we are moving but to build this dream we need resources to make it happen.  We thank you in advance for your patience as we experiment in what works and what does not.  I know how frustrating it is to be in a room for over an hour only to be kicked out just before the channel begins and not be able to get back in.  I know because it happened to me during this channel.

Besides the technical issues we had a great success with the channel in the Lightworker Family Room. We had close to 500 people in the room just before the channel.   Our guess is that there were at least 300 to 500 more that attempted to get in but could not.  The channel will be transcribed and sent out as the Beacons of Light for September 15 2003 and will be offered as a streaming audio file so everyone can hear it. 

In this channel the Group spoke about the electrical challenges we are having on our planet.  They basically said it was a period of adjustment for our electrical systems to adjust to carrying higher energy of the 5th dimension.  They referred to the electrical blackouts several times and said that two more major adjustments are still ahead.  They also said that a portal through inter-dimensional realities has opened and that is what is causing the challenges.  They even said Columbus Ohio was the first of several to open.  They also dais to watch for more lightening storms, which I just found out was what was happening on the East Coast as the channel was taking place.  In fact it was these lightening storms that created the technical challenges we had in the room.

It was appropriate that they spoke of the electrical challenges as I was even kicked out of the room just as we were ending the channel.  In fact the Group told me they kept it working as long as they could but finally had to let go as they finished the message.  For those of you who were there what you missed was "Treat each other with respect, nurture one another and play well together."

As the Group also said my equipment was also changed and I did not get the recording of the channel but someone else did and I will make that available as soon as I can.

Many of you attempted to sign up and were not able to get in.  Please know that we are working to simplify the signup process but Lightworker does not own this software.  I will tell you that we will get this or something else in place very soon to accomplish this same task.  Many of you have written saying its not fair that this does not support macintosh operating systems.  Some macs do work on this system so I recommend that you try.  Again we don't own it so its hard for us to control and develop.

Thanks for all of you who attempted to be there.  We ask that you try again when you have the chance and set it up for next time.  This morning I had over 150 e-mail asking for help.  PLEASE go in early and leave enough time to get the help that you need.  We will do this again so for next time here are the 4 main points most people asked:

1. Lightworker does not own this software and can not help you to download or with technical questions. Please go to www.SpiritualCommunity.net or contact> for those answers

2. Even if you do not make it in today please work out your technical difficulties ahead of time for the next event. Answering last minute technical requests does not work.

3. If you have used this software before it is not necessary to download it and install it again if you are using the same computer. Look for the link for iConference and double click it. You will use the same user name and password.  No need to sign up again.

4. The Time Zone Converter has been confusing for people as they do not know where Pacific time is. Look for US/Pacific. We are in San Diego but you can use Los Angeles or San Francisco as well for a city to figure your local time. The time converter is>
