UFO/ET phenomenon

These articles will be the tales of a large moving city called Starship 9.  Starship 9 is a self-sustaining ship traveling between universes, star systems and/or individual planets seeking out all forms of sentient life.  Their primary purpose is to identify the sociological structure of each culture and their methods for physical and spiritual growth.  They then compare the new system with others who have made similar choices, track their progress, and report any changes and accomplishments.

    Starflower’s Space - Starship Nine

The ship herself is large and saucer-like with 20 levels.  There are more than 30,000 beings of varying species who call Starship 9 home.  Most have lived on the ship for generations and their fellow shipmates are more like family than their biological counterparts.  The majority of the ship's personnel are scientists of varying types with an emphasis on anthropologists, historians, sociologists and engineers.  Children apprentice themselves to a group or individual area of study at about age 10.  They then learn everything there is to know about that area.  For instance, if a child has chosen history, they may read hundreds or thousands of books and then discuss these with their mentor.  History is considered to be a critical study because it is important for the members of Starship 9 to understand the reasons a given species has chosen the path they have.  .  .
