~~ New Co-Creative Process ~~
October's energy will happily be lighter and offer an opportunity to catch our breath from the challenges of September and the previous months of 2009. It will be a "rainbow bridge" between the crystalline transmission of Sept 9th 2009 ( 9~9~9) and the potent coded awakener of Nov 11th 2009 ( 11~11~11) The powerful crystalline transmission of the 9~9~9 continues to weave its christed diamond light into our consciousness, and brings forth choices, challenges and change. We are indeed masses of interfacing matrices or lattices of light and sound and the the sacred light of the "divine feminine" birthed through the crystalline transmission is now firmly anchored upon our beloved Mother Earth. Every living cell on our planet is being activated and our "crystalline body" is being calibrated as we weave this energy in our awareness.
September was indeed a month of intense highs and lows in energy as we delved deep into the very core of our beliefs, strengths, weaknesses, and fear. We effectively put on a new coat or robe of energy and for many - no matter what our chronological age, we felt like we were in a " mid-life crisis". There was an underlying urgency in our energy to "get going" - we we felt a sense of "flux" and being stuck.

Sometimes when we buy new clothes we have to wear them for awhile before we are certain if they really fit - this is the bridge or balancing act we will navigate during the month of October and will be re-calibrated further at the 11~11~11. The current waves of energy are pulsing through our electrical system, this of course is a very personal re-structuring based on our own energy wiring, harmonic signature and vibrational bandwidth. There is an expansion and contraction that occurs as the spin rate of our chakra's increase and interface with this higher dimensional transcended light.
The point of interface or firing occurs through our heart, not just our heart chakra but the holographic doorway within our heart that is our entry and exit point to ALL dimensions and higher frequency. The more congruent we are with the three fold flame contained in the chalice of our heart, the more the frequency of love can articulate itself into physical cells and allow us to hold more of our 5D light. We are magnificent batteries and when our battery is charged we can shine our light into our shadow self and move more smoothly along our ascension journey.
We are vast multi-dimensional beings and the wiring and connection to 5D crystalline body is becoming more "physical" as we continue to be activated by coded awakenings flowing through the light transmissions and upgrades.
While all of this is happening we are walking between the two worlds of 3D and 5D. During the month of October and the subsequent months of this year we will continue to see great changes that will shake loose emotional attachments we have to old thought patterns, beliefs, projections and fear. It is exciting and daunting and our physical body is working tirelessly to stay congruent with the changes or new co-creative process that is now available to us.
We are Masters and as such have always been co-creating our reality through the filter of our beliefs and frequency band-width. The new co-creative process is simply a "upgrade" to our electrical wiring and our cosmic blue print. We are re-structuring that process and for the coming weeks will be in "flux" so too speak as changes ebb and flow within our personal and collective experience.
Naturally we feel excitement and anticipation with our increased spiritual light, but at the same time our physical body is sloughing off the "old" and making way for the new. The same "ascension" symptoms we have discussed several times are continuing to be felt in our physical body, depending on our level of health and life force. Many are experiencing flu-like symptoms and emotional highs and lows. Body aches and pains are continuing, headaches, neck pain and fatigue are also common. When "old" illnesses or injuries clear their energy, we experience the emotional construct that was occurring at the time we created those experiences.
It can feel like we are spinning backwards, but in truth we are moving forward at warp speed. Our nervous systems are being tweaked with the higher frequencies and a sense of anxiety can keep us from sleeping well, which affects our cellular regeneration and our immune system.
It is vital that we feed our bodies with the fuel needed for repair and balance. Minerals are the foundation of vibrant health. They calm our systems and create energy pathways to higher frequency. It is easy to feel overwhelmed in the current energy, and this is often a call to take action physically and energetically. The food we eat does not come anywhere near our cells, but is "composted" through the good bacteria, and enzymes of digestion. Digestion takes a tremendous amount of energy, the more bio-available our food through good digestion and absorption, the more electrical charge or light are cells have for rejuvenation and energy production.

As our chakra system continues to amp up and spin faster with the coming energy upgrades, our endocrine system directly interfaces with this energy. Each endocrine gland has a corresponding chakra and the energy surges or pulses of higher frequency can create an electrical overload, as the body finds its new fulcrum point. Men and women of all ages are experiencing hormonal profile changes at this time, some more than others.
During our quiet time of mediation or energy practise, it is important to be conscious of moving energy through our chakra's and thought projecting a "perfected realignment" with our endocrine system. This allows a further "bridge" and new "co-creative process" for our 3D and 5D crystalline light body weave.
How often in our busy lives do we say "I Love You, to our body? We know it is a magnificent vehicle for our journey, but clearly when we are moving so fast through so many aspects of our journey we can forget to truly "feel" love for our body. When we connect with the holographic light of our heart and "feel" the frequency of love - we can affect change smoothly and efficiently in our cells. Our Ascension is the firing of cells to light, and the frequency of ascension is love in its highest most more transcended form. All dross must and will fall away, which is exciting and challenging at the same time.
The elegant "harvest" full moon on Oct 4th will bring a welcome feeling of wellbeing, despite the physical energy challenges. The earthquakes the past week in the southern hemisphere are also adding to the anxiety many of us are feeling, for we are intimately and always connected with our beloved Mother Earth.
Let us "harvest" all aspects of our journey this month and celebrate in ceremony with others the amazing path we are all walking upon together. It is easy to feel alone or disconnected and feeling supported by others is a powerful service to our personal journey and that of the collective.
I have always had a deep interest in the science of astrology and our unique connection to the planets of our star seed family and the impact planetary alignments have on amplifying the energy transmissions from the Central Sun. Each planet in our birth charts supports our journey and offers support and insight into some our personal traits and expressions.
Our earth is preparing to ascend and every planet that interfaces with her is also increasing in frequency and light. There is an alchemical dance occurring between people, planets, and the crystalline transmissions of light that will continue to increase exponentially over the coming months and years.
The gift of our multi-dimensional nature is too enjoy the dance and not take the "illusion" of our 3D lives too seriously - something I personally must balance everyday !
The new moon on Oct 17th will once again seek out our personal integrity and accountability for our thoughts, words, actions and deeds. Planting seeds of kind, gentle and allowing energy, will further enhance our "new" co-creative process, and help soften the flux in many aspects of our everyday lives.

I went to a comedy show here in Victoria a few days ago, it felt good too laugh so hard that my sides hurt, at the seemingly incredible ways we all live together. Laughter and joy is an infectious energy that lifts the darkest parts of our emotions and unsettling experiences. It is our birth right to feel joy and excitement, and that starts with the most important relationship we will ever have - with ourselves and our heart.
