What keeps you focused on the negative?  Truly the practice is a belief to change the negative to positive.  The more you focus on the negative, you bring up more negative thoughts and stories connected to the emotion or feeling.  The end result actually continues to trigger other immature imprints that brings up multitudes of negative stories.
 
Let me simplify.  When you focus on a negative, such as “I am not wanted”.  Your human emotion is validated by information you learned from the past.  Learned information is part of a past, history.  The information you learned in the last 20 seconds is past.  Yet, many of us still live through our past.  Some hold on to negative as a reminder to not do it again or as a lesson to do something different.  Unfortunately, the same negative imprint repeats itself, the story and the environment surrounding you is different.  [Remember, “Law of Attraction”?]
 
I am not speaking of past lives within other dimensions.  I am talking about present moment.  The repression becomes compulsive, a part of the triggering.  You may think of focusing on positive but you can't understand why this is happening to you again.  The information that has been imprinted must be reprogrammed.  Otherwise it keeps you repeating the same process attracting the same negative result.
 
Expose the negative to break it down and you will find that it is unreal.  This will destroy the memory that is part of the belief.  The key is that you must be willing to go through it.  There is a belief that it is better to push it out of your mind.  The reality is that it doesn't mature the holodynes.  It manifests the old imprints becoming part of the delusional holodynes.
 
The holodynes transmits through the central nervous system.  It is stored until it is brought up (triggered) through an event or situation.  The other imprints are stored within the vibration of our bodies in our chakras, meridians, emotions and feelings.
 
Part of the process is how the focus is based on the untruth.  Some of the focus is based upon culture or religious beliefs as well.  Trauma will add to what you have endured but can be identified with many different cloaking affects.  The cloaking that is part of the cycles of repression.
 
How does this effect who you are and your connection to divinity?  In order for you to take your power with what you were born with, you want to address what keeps you held back.  Many of you are still seeking, waiting for someone to say it is okay.  On the other hand, the validation is still not enough.    Validation to know you are on the right path as part of your feedback.  Yet, it doesn't take you to the next stop because of the fear.  Fear of what you already know of the past.
 
Here are some practical observations to stop immature holodynes.
 
Be aware of obvious triggers
Mood swings is part of the trigger
What is the degree of your belief regardless of the evidence to support it
Look at repetition in negative behavior
Notice what addictive thoughts you focus on
Pain and hurt are feelings that keep you from creating positive responses
Listen to your body as it responds to pain and hurt
 
Master the practices to take back your power.  Reprogram your holodynes to have wholeness and well-being.  You are the creator of what you master.  The evolution of who you are is to own your truth.
