During a seminar I attended a discussion took place about the fact that electro shocks have become a major clinical psychiatric intervention for schizophrenics. The reaction of the audience was clearly upset. How can the institutions that take care of the mentally disturbed act in this cruel way?!

In this article I will give you some basic tools and information with which you can start grounding. It will lead you to be more present in your physical body, to not identify with your emotions. This way you are able to carry more of your light. This is for many people a first necessary step which ultimately will lead you to the new grounding, which will become a common tool in the fifth dimension.
