To assume responsibility for the change I intend to create in my life, my attention is on the steps I need to take to separate from my previous emotional environment, identity, and the beliefs that have served as my interpreters and advisers. I will do what I do according to my intuitive guidance rather than the opinions of others, although I am able to consider the later when appropriate. I will also check my tendency to take the words and actions of others personally. My focus is to notice the shifts I make within myself and the roles or positions I assume with people in varying situations, and to adjust my action to clear my identity and follow the guidance I receive from my intuition. This will require me to sharpen my awareness and take the time to breathe, pause, and relax; action that is not new to me, but in the past has gotten overridden by the rest of my internal experience. I hold in my heart that which I seek. To make these changes will require loyalty to myself, which is most challenged when circumstances cue identity responses of the past, especially those which family and friends are most familiar with (and would probably like to see change, too, even if they don\'t know it!). My action will also be to spend more time outdoors, to free my inhibitions to express joy in movement, and to follow the I am, I can, I will, I do mantra. I have been taught the winking exercise. This is also something I will remember to do when I pause, breathe, and recollect myself. I will employ action to release fear, inhibition, and hesitation to free myself in my expression of life, to allow spontaneity. When situations are active it is the hardest to remember to follow this prescription for tuning in to my intuition and asking myself what I feel as I let go of the rest, and when relevant, not to take things personally. I also intend on placing myself in positions with people and situations so I may exercise these processes, but also, to give myself the time to remain alone to give energy to myself, gather perspective, and accomplish what goals I have set for myself otherwise when this is the choice most prominent. I will choose my action according to the prompting of my intuition. It is my intention to meet this challenge and experience the change of being grounded in Universal Abundance. I trust myself to not engage in self-sabotage. I will use tapping also as a technique to help myself. I do what I do in the energy of Love.
