The OverLight Teachers Program:
To teach any Lightworker OverLight certified training you will need to:
1. Take the course and become certified as a facilitator in the modality you are intersted in teaching, ie: Spiritual Psychology, Transition Teams, etc.
2. Audit the course as a Teacher Trainee. You will help with the organization, production and in some cases teaching of the class. For the audit you pay only half price for course registration.
3. Attend the Ordination Program and become Ordained as a Lightworker Metaphysician.
4. Register separately for each modality you wish to teach. Each has a $500 classification fee.
Once all of these criterias are met, you will be recognized as a Lightworker OverLight Teacher. Lightworker will also certify your students after they take the course from you and send in the registration fee as listed below. All the teaching materials that were used in the course that you originally took will be made available to you as a Lightworker Metaphysician.
What is the Ordination? Lightworker is a Religious 501 (C) (3) nonprofit corporation which is a church. In forming this corporation our Lightworker lawyer foresaw the future and reserved the right to ordain ministers. Therefore you are a minister ordained by Lightworker as a Lightworker Metaphysician. Since there is actually a course of study and qualifications that must be met, you have more legal stance with this ordination than an ordination given for a donation or given to anyone. As far as Lightworker is concerned it means that you are part of the inner family and are a very close part of our organization. You represent us and we will keep close contact with you as a result. This also gives you a step forward if you ever decide to start your own church or similar organization. We value our Metaphysicians and do what ever we can for them.
What can I do? You can teach the OverLight material that you have been certified in as outlined below in the guidelines. You will also have access to many of the materials that will be released to the Lightworker Teachers. Your students will receive the same benefits as the ones we offer to our attendees, including auditing other OverLight trainings if they apply for Teacher status themselves.
What can't I do? We will restrict the teaching methods of the material as in the guidelines below. We understand that most of you have your own modalities and the natural instinct will be to blend the modalities together, this is forbidden by Lightworker. What we will do is show you ways to teach this material in its entirety and then do add on classes to show how your modality can work with the OverLight modality.
When can I fulfill my teacher training requirements? See the list of trainings we are offering each year in the upper left corner of this page. Anyone who has taken the OverLight 1 course may return to any OverLight 1 course presented directly by Lightworker as a teacher trainee at the audit rate.
Modality Classification Fee: $500.00: After reaching the Metaphysician level of training you need to register yourself with the Lightworker offices as a teacher of that course. For each modality (OverLight Training) there is a $500.00 fee. We have designed this system so that you can wait to register for this untill you are actually ready to teach your first course. Any updates to the modality , workbook or Power Point presentation will be posted in a special download area that is only made available to Metaphysicians.
Teaching Guidelines: It is important to understand that this entire process is as new to us as it is to you. Therefore, we must reserve the right to change the teaching guidelines at any time. We do promise that all changes will be as minimal as possible and as infrequently as possible.
The course will consist of a minimum of material and hours teaching that material. The course outline is the same as the one you were given in the course handbook.
Presenting a Course: We expect you to cover all of the material in that workbook. In our normal courses this takes 32 hours within our six day training for Spiritual Psychology and approx 24 hrs within our 4 day trainings such as Inverse Wave Therapy. How you structure that time is up to you. It may be that you offer a six day course as we do or that you have meetings once a week with gatherings in the evening for 4 hours. This can work particularly well as it allows people to integrate the material into their daily lives much better than a week long training.
Any inclusion of material to the workbook must be approved in advance by the Lightworker Counsel of Metaphysicians.
We do encourage you to teach courses with your own modality showing how it can integrate with the OverLight material. A clear demarcation line must be made with your courses and we will not permit inclusion of the material in your course except as a reference.
We will not at this time put any restriction of how much you may charge for this material. We do reserve this right in the future as the material loses value if people do not participate in their own education. We suggest that you charge no less than $300 for any OverLight course.
Registration Fee: $50.00 Your students MUST be registered with the Lightworker central office which requires a registration fee of $50.00 per student. They will receive a certificate showing them as a certified OverLight facilitator and a letter similar to the one we sent you, explaining what that means and welcoming them to the family. We will also list them on our website as certified OverLight facilitators if they choose to be listed. They will also be told about future Ordination Programs and they will have the right to attend one of our trainings as a teacher trainee if they choose.
You must use our workbook or other Lightworker approved material to teach your course. We will charge $30.00 per book plus shipping, but reserve the right to raise costs if that becomes necessary. If you wish to print your own books we will supply you with a PDF file free of charge. These workbooks are constantly being improved so please use the latest version each time you teach a course.
All materials we use including Power Point presentations will be made available to you free of charge. This is copyrighted material and we ask that you do not distribute it to others without permission.
The Ordination Program and OverLight Teachers Program are a new direction for Lightworker. We really welcome all of you who want to be a part of this growth. Together we are making a difference!
