Nolo Press makes great easy to follow books with all the forms and forms on CD that you can fill out on your computer. They cover a wide rage of topics and I and the Lightworker attorney have used these to form our own non-profit corporation. Note about NON-PROFIT: There are many reason for forming one and many reasons you may not want one. Examine that carefully before getting started.
